To give the bargain seekers something new and cool to do -- Shop Gotham, who has been providing shopping tours for 10 years -- has added a very special Monday afternoon tour for the holiday season: CHEAP AND CHIC FOR THE YOUNG AND STYLISH.
Sample Sales -- those coveted and elusive NYC phenomena for those "not in the know" -- kick into high gear by mid-November. Shop Gotham (shopgotham.com) does know what’s what and the CHEAP AND CHIC FOR THE YOUNG AND STYLISH tour will escort guests to a well-vetted selection of Sample Sales as well as private Wholesale showrooms (not open to the public - this is real " insider” access for the ladies) where women's designer clothing & accessories will be 50- 80% off retail. The focus will be on slightly trendier offerings, and is best suited to women who "know their stuff" (recommended for women ages 20- 50).
Similar to Shop Gotham’s traditional Garment Center “Insider” tours, the designers will be a combination of emerging names, those known only to ardent fashion- followers and hot brands such as Tory Burch, Derek Lam, Alice & Olivia, Diane Von Furstenberg, Shoshannah and so many others,
Guests will get a peek into the design industry and score gratifying deals on gifts or fashion items for themselves. An authentic NYC experience!
Tours are on Mondays, from November 15th to December 20th, from 2 - 5pm (3 hours). A maximum of 12 persons per tour for a personalized and satisfying experience.
