London, United Kingdom, 2010/09/29 - Phil Wall has joined the Risk Engineering Department as Corporate Risk Engineering Manager. Based in Tokio Marine Europe's London office, Phil will manage the Risk Engineering team and will be responsible for Europe and the Middle East.

Phil brings with him over 20 years of experience in highly protected risk property loss prevention with the majority of this experience gained within the insurance industry. Phil has previously been responsible for providing account engineering services to customers from a wide variety of industrial occupancy groups, and most recently he was a Senior Account Engineer for ACE European Group.
