Under the terms of the agreement, BlueStar will acquire Elma Pos & Data in Denmark and become a major distributor of POS products in the Danish market.

Elma Pos & Data represent leading manufacturers in the areas of POS, kiosk, automatic identification and data capture. As a leading POS and self-service kiosk provider, they offer products and services that increase competitiveness and improve sales activity when assisting resellers in developing new business for their customers.
