SugarCRM, the world's leading provider of open source customer relationship management (CRM) software, today announced its CRM Acceleration Tour will arrive in London on October 5th, 2010. CRM Accelerations are one-day, intensive sessions to help business leaders develop and implement CRM strategy.
The event will include a keynote by Laurence Buchanan, Executive Consultant CRM & Social CRM at CapGemini UK, who will examine how Star Wars, the popular Sci-Fi movies, can serve as a guide for the changes Social CRM is introducing to companies. “We are thrilled to have Laurence Buchanan at our event and providing what we expect to be a thought provoking take on the future of CRM and the effect of social media,” says Tom Schuster, VP and General Manager of SugarCRM Europe.
