LicenseAuditor overcomes the complex problem of monitoring and managing SAP license usage - enabling enterprises to maintain continuous real-time visibility of their actual SAP license usage, and to control current and future costs - with no additional hardware required.
Identifying dormant, underused, duplicate, and misclassified SAP license accounts, LicenseAuditor-SaaS empowers enterprises with an immediate and accurate grasp of their previously unintelligible situation. The identification of misclassified users is of particular importance, enabling companies to re-assign users to correct classifications types, and to assign existing licenses to new employees. Based on historical data, LicenseAuditor-SaaS enables an instant snapshot of SAP license usage, analyzing even periods of a year - on the day of implementation. Calculations can be done according to the amount of activity, type of usage, or activity groups. Hosted either on XPANDION’s secure cloud server – or on the servers of the enterprise’s trusted implementers, the final SAP licensing report and recommendations can be received online or via email, or can be accessed via a browser.
