A french Company, leader in the production of airplain and train, with more than 60 offices spread in different countries around the world, started in its Polish establishment, the project “eolian blades and turbines” and to do that it chose prestigious partners, among which the Italian company Nova Verta International. The project is really ambitious in the sector of eolian energy, that today has a very high potential.
Nova Verta (novaverta.it), in cooperation with its Polish importer, after having delved deeply all the techno-productive aspects, planned the perfect system to paint all the different elements that compose the wind turbine: blades, posts and central casings.
Not only the measures are remarkable: 5.86 x 7.14 x 22.88 m / h, there are 912 neon lighting that ensure a lighting of high quality in the production area, these neon are divided into 34 ceiling fixtures at the topside of the installation, 34 in the middle and 26 at the bottom. The lateral walls, painted with the colors white and blue typical of Nova Verta, are composed by sheet panels, 60 mm thick, with glass wool in-between. There are 2 main motorized doors, and 4 back doors on the sides.
This is a complete paint installation, because its realisation was enriched by many different optional that give top quality standards: the Touch Screen 11’’, the Inverter, the Premix Gas Burner RX250, that allows an homogeneous distribution of the temperature, the heat exchanger, and a pressure control system with pressure switches.
This installation was assembled in absolute compliance with the guidelines of Nova Verta, a company that always paid great attention to realize its products to the top of the performances but respecting the environment: only the heat recovery saves the 40% of the fuel consumption, the economic benefits and energy savings made by the use of inverter and Premix burner cannot be forgotten, while the pressure control system allows not to waste toxic paints in the environment.
