Hollander Consultants has hired Amy Mattera to head its Human Resources division due to her astuteness in business and personnel matters.
Ms. Mattera brings a lifetime of entrepreneurial and executive know-how to her new position. Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising from Brigham Young University, Ms. Mattera parlayed that knowledge into successful businesses in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Spokane, Washington and Portland, Oregon.
“As we grow more and more, we like to cultivate individuals who have the savvy to handle expansion challenges with finesse and aplomb. Amy Mattera certainly fits that profile. Having her on board with Hollander Consultants is quite a coup ,” said Fred King, CEO for Hollander Consultants.
Ms. Mattera said, “I came on board with Hollander Consultants because I saw a great opportunity with an expanding company. I look for opportunities to broaden my experience and knowledge. My experience has mainly been attained through running art galleries and art consulting businesses so Hollander Consultants’ milieu comes as an exciting break.”
