The TharpeRobbins Company, Inc. has named Kavin Williams as the new national sales director for its western division. Williams reports to Anthony Luciano, senior vice president of sales and marketing for TharpeRobbins, a global leader in the managed employee recognition and rewards industry.
In this new role, Williams is responsible for providing the tools and guidance necessary for the sales force in the western U.S. to achieve unprecedented sales growth. Williams plans to identify and develop new members of the sales force while effectively unlocking their full potential. He will also look for innovative ways for TharpeRobbins to become an even more valuable strategic partner.

Williams previously served as the national sales director for the western U.S. and Canada for the Michael C. Fina Company. He has also served as the vice president of sales for Interactive Media Solutions based in Toronto, Ontario and as regional sales manager for Infotec Commercial Systems out of Santa Ana, Calif. Williams received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
