Germain Motor Company has created a new loyalty program to help benefit its customers, add to their ownership experience and, ultimately, help them save money. The Germain AdvantEdge program provides certified auto owners with a number of complimentary services to help meet their every automotive need.
By purchasing a certified vehicle from a Germain dealership, like Germain Toyota of Columbus, customers are automatically enrolled in the Germain AdvantEdge program as a Gold Card Member. Germain provides its Gold Card Members with live market pricing and other services and guarantees for the duration of their ownership of the certified vehicle, including: a lifetime engine guarantee, multi-point inspections, pre-vacation vehicle check-ups and auto body shop estimates. For the first year of ownership, Gold Card Members also receive oil changes, tire rotations, towing service, road hazard tire and wheel coverage, dent and ding coverage, windshield coverage, car washes and family identity theft protection free of charge.
In addition to the complimentary services, Germain AdvantEdge Gold Card Members are able to earn and accumulate points, through the Germain AdvantEdge Owner Rewards Program, which can be redeemed toward the cost of a service or the purchase of another Toyota, or any other certified vehicle, at a Germain dealership. Customers earn points when they purchase their own certified vehicle, when a referral purchases a vehicle from a Germain dealership and from every dollar they spend in the service department.
Germain AdvantEdge Gold Card Members also have the option to upgrade to a platinum membership. Platinum Card Members receive the same guarantees and services that Gold Card Members receive, but for an extended period of time—those services that Gold Card Members receive for one year, Platinum Card Members receive for three. Platinum members also receive a three-year environmental paint and interior protection, as well as additional points for their purchase of a certified vehicle and for a referral’s vehicle purchase.
