Arthur H. Miller, founder of the NJ law firm Miller, Miller & Tucker, brings over 48 years of legal practice in New Jersey and New York to work for his clients. A Princeton University and Columbia Law School Graduate, Arthur concentrates in the areas of personal injury, business law, bankruptcy, civil litigation, estate planning, and probate in NJ. Arthur was selected to receive the Middlesex County, NJ Bar Association's 1996 Lawyer Achievement Award. This prestigious award gives special recognition to attorneys like Arthur Miller whose activities have promoted improvements in and fostered public understanding of the legal system. Lynn F. Miller completed her undergraduate education at Barnard College, and has two graduate degrees from Rutgers University Graduate School, New Brunswick, NJ. She received her law degree with high honors from Rutgers Law School-Newark. Lynn served for several years on the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on the Status of Women in the Courts. This Committee advises the New Jersey Supreme Court on rule changes needed to ensure gender equity for women as attorneys, litigators, judges and other personnel in the New Jersey courts. In addition to having been a Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association for six years, Lynn is a past Chair of the Individual Rights and Women in the Profession Sections and the Consumer Law Committee of the Association. She is on the Board of Directors of the Women in Profession Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Lynn also served as President of the Middlesex County Bar Association (2007-08). She also served as a trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Foundation.
