The GrowFL program supports the growth of Florida businesses by providing a free suite of economic gardening support services, as well as unique access to market research and technology. GrowFL services encompass proven strategies of economic gardening, including CEO peer roundtables, CEO forums and referral services to help second-stage companies statewide achieve their potential.

GrowFL will assist ERT Group with specialized information tools such as database research, social media and website optimization, management team temperament and strategy analysis. GrowFL provides these and many other services to growing businesses throughout the state at no charge as part of the Florida Economic Gardening Institute, created in 2009 by the Florida Legislature and based at the University of Central Florida.

ERT Group made the cut after meeting the criteria for second-stage companies that will receive intensive analysis from GrowFL’s team of business analysts, we will begin working with the GrowFL Economic Gardening team this week.
