Meridian Turnkey Solutions, a company formed as a consolidation of two market leading Telecommunications and Electrical Design/Consultancy and Installation Companies namely LTE Network Communications and Fenton UK situated in North-East London, are the latest clients to take advantage of a secure cloud computing solution for its Email with the Evaden™ Unified Mail Communication Platform (UMC) - the Microsoft Certified market leader of Software as a Service (SaaS).
Brian Brougham-Cook, Sales Director, Evaden Limited, stated: “With the consolidation of any companies it is critical to have business continuity for your customers email. Woodford Computers (an Evaden Partner and Meridian’s IT Provider) utilised Evaden for exactly that reason, Woodford could easily merge the domains and email servers for Meridian without losing any email. Evaden is a purpose-built, cloud based unified email platform which provides security, compliance and business continuity solutions for its clients in international Data Centres all over the world. He adds.
Andrew Clarfield of Meridian Turnkey Solutions commented, "We are delighted that our email would not be lost during our merge as Evaden would hold a copy in the cloud until our Exchange server came back online, this has truly made the migration and consolidation of the three businesses domains and mail servers seamless and more importantly allowed our email to be always on giving us true business continuity.
"The extra services like mail filtering, archiving, mail replay and managed signatures and banners have also proved valuable in meeting our administration and marketing policies. The most valuable feature I have found is when our Exchange server had to be taken offline, users still had full access to their email while the mail server was restored."Thank you Evaden for a great product with the support to back it up."
Adam Donoghue, Managing Director, at Woodford Computers, says:"We have found the services that Evaden offer to be of a great benefit to our customers. The installation, support and features of the product have been instrumental in our environment; our customers can access their emails from the Evaden Webmail interface during scheduled downtime of the exchange server for the migration and consolidation of data.
Deon Robertson, Chief Executive, Evaden Limited, added: "We are delighted to be working with Woodford Computers to provide customers like Meridian a solution for their ICT communications. Many businesses and organisations are moving towards cloud based systems as the answer to their ICT needs. Clients want to access work data on the move via mobile phones, at home, and during outages or scheduled downtime of mail servers.
