The Summit is the biggest event of its kind in Africa and brings together government and corporate organizations from throughout the continent and overseas to strengthen business co-operation and foster investment opportunities.

Summit early bird registration prior to October 31 is available online at africanlogisticssummit.com/.

Minister for Transport in Nigeria, Alhaji Suleiman Yusuf, will be among the high ranking government officials, shipping organisations and senior business representatives attending the Summit to share ideas and explore the potential for business growth.
The event will be preceded from March 9 by the annual meeting of pan-African freight forwarding group, African Cargo and Logistics Alliance, which is represented in 53 African countries.

ACLA president and Summit spokesperson, Mr Ukata Christian, said holding the ACLA meeting as part of the African Logistics Summit offered a unique opportunity for a one-stop-logistics business shop in Africa.
“The networking events and guest speaker presentations during these events provide a unique opportunity to learn more about, and importantly progress, new business opportunities under the one roof with key industry and government stakeholders,” Mr Ukata said.
“Africa is a continent of dynamic change and well positioned to build on the success of hosting the World Cup and to support economic partnerships as international trade recovers from the Global Financial Crisis.”
