Madison+Main, an award-winning marketing and new media firm, is excited to announce Virginia Diner as an addition to its expanding list of clients. The Virginia-based restaurant and peanut products distributor from Wakefield—known as “The Peanut Capital of the World”—has engaged Madison+Main for social media marketing development for its three main enterprises: gourmet nut wholesale and fundraising programs, as well as its legendary restaurant.
“Virginia Diner, as the signs on Route 460 say, has been a ‘legend in a nutshell since 1929,” said Dave Saunders, President & Chief Idea Officer of Madison+Main, “We’ve all bought their products, either at the grocery store or an airport, or directly from a Boy Scout through their ‘Nuts for Scouting’ program (NutsForScouting.com). And the diner has been the one place my family has to stop every time we head to the Outer Banks. I guess you could say we’re a “little nuts” about the Virginia Diner, and we’re very excited to work with them.”
Virginia Diner has already made the first steps in engaging its customers on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. Madison+Main will assist them with growing and better engaging their current networks, as well as building other networks for enhanced online presence and brand awareness.
