Rough Country Suspension Systems announces an exciting new addition to the Ford suspension lift series: The 2011 Ford F250 3” Lift. Based on the popular 3” series for older model Fords, this kit includes everything needed to boost the truck allowing for a cleaner look and accommodating up to 35” tires. The 2011 F250 3” kit is offered in two varieties.
Series I offers a set of cast-iron front spacers to boost the factory coil springs, a set of radius arm brackets to lower the point at which the radius arms connect to the frame, a front track rod bracket to drop the stock bar back to proper geometry promoting the correct alignment, and two rear blocks with U-bolts to level the rear of the vehicle. Series II offers the same components, but with the addition of a pair of front coil springs which are taller than the stock equipment. This setup offers a unique way of lifting the front of the vehicle while improving on ride quality at the same time. Both series come with a set of four Nitro 9000 shocks which feature “Velocity Sensitive Valving” This revolutionary technology varies the resistance valving incorporated in the shock according to piston rod speed. This allows for a super smooth highway ride and outstanding control in rugged off road situations from the same shock, without turning any knobs or shock removal for re-adjustment. The Series I kit retails for $379.95, while the Series II kit retails for $499.95.
