Montrose Network Corporation today announced that the company is open for acquiring a leading domestic player to increase its customer base in India. Speaking at the launch of its “Switching Product Range of 8/16/24 Ports for Fast Ethernet” in Asia Mr. Prakash Singh, Director of Montrose said – “We are extremely happy with the positive response received from the customers for our World Class products. Today we have customer base in all sectors; Education, Residential, Enterprise, Hospitality, Retail, BFSI, and Telecom.”
On current Go to Market strategy, he said – “while we are engaged with more than 200 System Integrators and 10 Distributors across India, our endeavor to reach out to more customers still creates opportunity for other partners to join us”.
Speaking about company’s future growth, he said – “while we are on track with our organic growth plans,we have also engaged a domestic investment bank to support our in-organic strategy. A company with revenue base of more than INR 100 Crore and strategic fit, will be good to look at.
As Montrose completes one year in India, the company’s management is confident of gaining 13-14% market share as per their initial target by 2012.
