Taipei, Taiwan, 2010/07/15 - Korenix extends its series of transit surveillance PoE switches by introducing the new 12V~24V to 48V PoE booster switch JetNet 3806G with 4 PoE and 2 gigabit ports specifically designed for applying IP cameras in small-sized mobile networks.

The 4 IEEE 802.3af compliant PoE ports provide easy installation and reduce system costs. They are further capable of powering IP cameras by 15.4W per port and 60W* per unit and simultaneously ensuring the high-bandwidth uplink transmission through dual gigabit ports.
Key features of JetNet 3806G are:
• Four 10/100 TX PoE plus two 10/100/1000TX uplink ports;
• Vehicle PoE: DC 12V~24V input, deliver 4 port PoE @48V;
• 802.3af compliant PoE: Total power budget is 60W* with max. 15.4W per port;
• Two gigabit Ethernet ports for larger uplink bandwidth of surveillance;
