5 Star Legacy Foundation and Synergy WorldWide are teaming up for the third annual “Leave a Legacy” charity golf tournament to be held on Thursday September 23rd at Alpine Country Club in Highland, Utah.
Donations and proceeds from the tournament are going to provide scholarships and basic needs support for children, both domestically and internationally.
“We are excited to partner with Synergy WorldWide again this year to help hundreds of kids in Utah and around the world with this tournament,” said Mark Comer, founder of 5 Star Legacy Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Highland, Utah.
The one-day tournament will feature exciting contests, outstanding tee prizes, raffles, and a live auction. Items to be auctioned will include sporting event tickets, resort stays, fine dining, concert event tickets, and exclusive hunting excursions.
The cost to participate as a player is $500 per foursome and includes lunch, on-course refreshments, and additional games for prizes.
There are open sponsorship and in-kind donation positions available for the golf tournament. Please contact 5 Star Legacy Foundation for more information.
5 Star Legacy Foundation (5starlegacyfoundation.org) supports the needs of children in poverty, including orphanages, Native American schools, as well as initiatives of other organizations with philanthropic ventures where deemed of interest and worthy of 5SLF resources. One such initiative is Synergy WorldWide's annual Winter Warmth Drive conducted on behalf of the Navajo Nation in New Mexico, USA. This project brings together food, cash, warm clothing, blankets, books and other literacy support, as well as other basic necessities to support these communities.
Another local children's charity that receives our support through this tournament is the Now I Can Foundation, based in Provo, Utah, who offer specialized physical therapy for children. Their high-in-demand services are only one of two therapy centers in the entire United States who offer this specialized care.
To register for this golf tournament, please call 5 Star Legacy Foundation and ask for Erika or Heidi.
