Marshall ACM, an online training company and eLearning consultancy, has partnered with Upside Learning to deliver training programmes to its customers across the globe through UpsideLMS. UpsideLMS, a winner of 3 Brandon Hall Awards for Excellence in Learning Technology, is a fully web-based, multilingual, feature-rich, SCORM and AICC compliant Learning Management System (LMS) from Upside Learning.
Being an online training company, having a system with a high level of reliance, availability and technical support was of critical importance to Marshall ACM in order for them to deliver flexible and robust customer service to clients. Upside LMS not only addressed these requirements effectively, but also provided customization options with extensive re-branding features, enabling Marshall ACM’s administrator to setup new sites for the customers inline with their company branding.
UpsideLMS’ standard version’s 3-tier organization - Site Manager, Client Manager (for each account portal created) and a Learner profile, fitted very well to MACM’s needs where an account portal was setup for each new customer and the MACM administrator got access to the Site Manager area.
Additionally, components like Online Exam and Survey Module, Curriculum Structure for unified delivery of learning material, Helpdesk and Client Machine Diagnostics Module, and MIS reporting engine made the system truly effective.
