Nicus Software, Inc., a privately-held, veteran-owned developer of IT financial management software, has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 70 Contract for Information Technology.
As a GSA Contract Holder, federal government agencies will have direct access to purchase Nicus Software’s products, at pre-negotiated prices, foregoing lengthy RFP proposal processes and evaluation cycles. Nicus’ flagship software system, M-PWR, was developed specifically for CIOs and IT management to better assess how IT services and costs are utilized and allocated across business units.
“As we continue to expand our business, being an established GSA contract holder positions us well to offer our solutions to new customers and grow our product based on the feedback we receive. We have had great success over the years in servicing the private sector but have increasingly noticed the unique needs faced by government organizations. Consequently, we have worked to enhance our solutions to meet those needs and we’re pleased to now be able to offer improved solutions directly to government clients. This opens a host of new possibilities,” says Rob Mischianti, CEO of Nicus Software, Inc.
Nicus Software, based in Salem, Va. has established itself as a competitive provider for IT financial management services for large corporations, serving clients such as JPMorgan Chase, Fidelity Investments, United Health Group, MetLife, and others.
