Recently, StarTex Power, one of the fastest growing retail electric providers in Texas, held a week-long celebration recognizing their employees for providing superior customer service that lead to the achievement of their 150,000 customer goal. The week culminated in donations to five local organizations to return the favor to Houston communities.
StarTex Power rewarded employees by donating to an organization of their choice, Children at Risk, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life of children through research and education. StarTex Power also sponsors West University Little League teams, partners with Henry Longfellow Elementary School, and donated a suite at the Sam Houston Race Park to Girls Inc.

Furthermore, StarTex Power provided electricity for Bay Area Builders Association’s Support our Troops, a program that builds homes for wounded veterans with specific needs.
