PTC, the Product Development Company®, today announced that Ingersoll Rand, a global diversified industrial company, is leveraging Windchill®, the PTC® Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, to successfully implement outcome driven innovation - the practice of asking its customers what outcomes they want and then consistently delivering those end results the first time. By eliminating the need for revisions, Ingersoll Rand is able to reduce costs and drive competitive products to market faster.
