Three weeks from today, the Susie Gaynor/Maureen Pippin team at Sibcy Cline REALTORS Inc. will be launching an exquisite, three-day Boys and Girls Club 2010 Designer House Tour, starting in Hyde Park.
The event, highlighting the seven-bedroom home at 195 Green Hills Road for sale at $2.9 million, is doubling as a fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati, which will receive proceeds from the design showcase open to the public for a $10 ticket.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for many of our best luxury designers to show their wares, while marketing this beautiful, historic residence – and all the money will go to charity,” said Susie Gaynor, half of the Gaynor/Pippin team.
The Boys and Girls Club 2010 Designer House Tour will feature talent from such noted Greater Cincinnati designers as:
- Closson’s (John Harrison, Christie Crawford and Kent Shaw);
- Federation Antiques and Interior Design (Chuck Bolton);
- Drackett Design and Antiques (Cecile Drackett);
- Gattle’s (Beth Wheeler);
- House of France (Cathy Kappelas);
- June Serber and Associates (June Serber, Andrea Davis, Joe Fentress, Cindy Crawford);
- LEED Design Associates (Karen Lied);
- Nottinghill Gate Interiors (Cindy McCarthy, Sherry LeBlond);
- Pear Tree Interiors (Leslie Derrick);
