In her new position, Valentine will continue to raise the company’s standards. “My goal is to make Veolia ES Solid Waste the employer of choice for talented individuals wanting to grow and develop in a world-class environmental services business,” said Valentine.
As the Vice President of Human Resources, Valentine will be responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, team building and strategic problem solving for one of the largest waste services companies in North America. Valentine comes to Veolia from Johnson Controls Inc., where she was Director of Human Resources for the North America systems business. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in English Literature and a master’s of science in Human Resources Management, both from Villanova University in her hometown of Philadelphia.
