For example, this young person might not know that smoking even one marijuana cigarette is a misdemeanor crime in Delaware and if apprehended, this youth will have a criminal record and be punished by the courts.”
Tips that Zemble has given involve traffic violations and DUI and their respective criminal punishments. The tips have also included measures people can take to keep their cars from being stolen (such as locking the steering wheel, using an immobilizer and your car alarm system, getting microdot I.D. tags, VIN etching and killswitch circuits) and acts of self-defense.
In addition to the “Tip of the Week” on his web site, Zemble is adding extensive information about Delaware criminal codes. The felonies and misdemeanors detailed include: drug crimes, DUI / DWI, traffic violations, juvenile crimes, gang participation, offensive touching, assault, theft, burglary, motor vehicle theft, vehicular homicide, manslaughter , murder, expungements and pardons. Zemble plans to continue to reach out to those in need. He will give a free initial consultation to answer questions and give advice.
