The US Department Health and Human Services (HHS) Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has awarded Koniag Technology Solutions (KTS) a 5 year IDIQ (base +4 option years) support contract for Information Technology (IT) Enterprise Planning and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) services. This IDIQ, which is new business for KTS, has a $16 million ceiling over the life of the contract.
As part of this contract, KTS will provide enterprise expertise in the entire range of CPIC domains, such as budget justification, alternatives analysis, and cost-benefit analysis. Working with FDA decision makers and functional experts, KTS incorporates business needs and concerns into the capital planning process, improves IT governance, and IT budget justifications.
