Deerfield Beach, FL, United States, 2010/04/28 - South Florida based Capstone Industries, A wholly owned subsidiary of CHDT Corp. (CHDO.OB), has developed a new item called the eReader e•Lite. The e•Lite was created for the many eReaders on the market today that do not provide sufficient lighting.

The item is the newest addition to the Pathway Lights™ line of products which focuses on portable lighting designed for the mobile user.
The product includes the following features:
• 3 Super bright LEDs provide wide coverage;
• Hi/Lo light settings;
• Long life LEDs never need replacing and cool to the touch;
• Uses 2 AAA batteries;
• Sturdy grip fits eReaders snugly.
The e•Lite was launched at last month’s International Home and Housewares show and management expects the item to become a staple product among its line of Booklights(eReader sales in 2009 were estimated at 3,750,000 units and sales are expected to reach 11,000,000 units in 2010). Capstone intends to enter this niche market with its e•Lite which has been designed with an adjustable grip design enabling it to fit most eReaders.
The e•Lite will be featured nationally at retail in Q3 as the company has received it’s first purchase order from a major mass retailer and anticipates additional commitments from other channels of distribution.
