The Boston Business Journal named Verndale as the region’s 19th fastest-growing private company in its annual Pacesetters awards. The honor recognizes Verndale’s skill in managing a rapidly growing company, showing robust revenues and creating business strategies that led to success in a competitive business environment.
The Boston-based Verndale made the Pacesetters list based on information gathered and assessed by the Boston Business Journal that detailed the company’s performance from 2006 to 2009. This is the fourth time Verndale has received this honor, and third consecutive.
“We continue to be proud of our success and growth,” said Joe Zarrett, President of Verndale. "This accomplishment is a testament to the hard work of our staff, loyalty of our clients, and strength of our partnerships.”
“This award acknowledges those private companies that skillfully navigate a competitive national and international marketplace and are growing quickly to be leaders in their field,” said George Donnelly, editor of the Boston Business Journal.
Verndale and other top-rated companies were honored at the Boston Business Journal’s Pacesetters Awards breakfast on April 16th at the Boston Westin Copley Hotel. Executives from the top 50 companies shared their ideas on what made them successful and what they hope to achieve going forward.
