Announcing the BAS Summer Vacation Seminar Stories, Scrolls and Archaeology: The Biblical World Brought to Life to be held July 11–17, 2010, at St. Olaf’s College in Northfield, Minnesota. This year, the tranquil campus of St. Olaf College will welcome two exciting Biblical scholars who will present 18 dynamic lectures. Dr. Peter Flint of Trinity Western University and Dr. Ziony Zevit of the American Jewish University will present what promises to be our most unique program yet concerning the role of short stories and narratives in the Bible, as well as on one of the most important archeological discoveries in modern history: the Dead Sea Scrolls. Participants will have the opportunity to see the Dead Sea Scrolls during their last North American exhibit, escorted by Dr. Peter Flint, one of the world’s foremost authorities on the Scrolls.
