V.O.I.S.E. holds show tapes for every artist registered and holds on file the voice type, accents and previous clients of each individual artist. This enables clients to quickly identify the type of voice they need, listen to samples and then make an informed selection.
V.O.I.S.E. is not an agency and does not charge for membership nor charge clients for access to its members. V.O.I.S.E. was launched as part of ALT Records Ltd and serves a group of professional recording studios specialising in spoken voice.
If you are a voice over artist and would like to register with V.O.I.S.E. You must be able to offer availability for recording work in the South East and be eligible to work in the UK. If you are a new voice or considering voice over work and don’t yet have a voice reel, you can record your voice reel at ALT Recording Studios.
To source voice over artists and to record voice over for your project search the V.O.I.S.E. database and we will send you samples of voices matching your exact requirements. Once you've found the voice you need and we have the scripts, your recording will take place at one of the V.O.I.S.E. studios in the South East of England; ISDN recording is available if required.
ALT Recording Studios (altrecordingstudios.com) in Brighton have the environment and facilities to cover all aspects of recording from recording and mixing, post production (with an audio visual suite), HD mastering, sound design and composition to voice over and audio book recording. At the heart of the recording studios is a Pro tools HD 2 system (x2) with C24 control surfaces together with an Allen and Heath 32:8:2 analogue desk for analogue mixing. They provide a mixture of classic, analogue audio equipment and cutting-edge digital technology.
