Datacore Consulting, a premier Managed Service Provider, is proud to announce the hiring of Roger Maddron, MCSE, as Help Desk Engineer.
Roger is a graduate of St. Edward High School and earned his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification in 2004. Roger also brings to Datacore over five years of experience in a network administrator role. Roger’s experience will allow him to play a crucial role at Datacore by providing exceptional Help Desk support to clients.

The Help Desk is a service provided to Datacore clients as a way for them to receive immediate, live support for any network issues they may have. Clients can either call the help desk directly, or send a message to a dedicated support e-mail address.
The Help Desk also performs daily monitoring of desktops and servers, which is a proactive approach to maintaining and managing day to day information technology needs. This variety of service provides each client with a single point of contact, and the peace of mind that their network is continuously managed properly and operating at peak performance.
