Dallas’ largest hospital system proved this week that when it comes to looking for a marketing agency, size doesn’t matter. As a result, Wave Integrated Marketing Solutions was among three finalists for the Parkland Health & Hospital System recruitment marketing account. The agency, which is less than two years old, competed with the two largest talent marketing agencies in the industry.
“We started Wave with the knowledge that companies that understand the importance of using new methods of recruitment would recognize the value of our expertise,” said Regina Caffey, Wave IMS principal. “Being a finalist for the Parkland account is evidence that we were correct. The hospital was concerned with strategy and experience, not the number of offices the agency has.”
“Our team really pulled together to prepare this pitch and we are all proud of the content and strategy we developed for Parkland,” added Kristina Witmer, Wave IMS principal. “We are gratified that we were recognized for the content and strategy we presented without regard for agency size and years in business.”
