The new online training courses are designed for individuals looking to switch career paths, obtain advanced training and certifications, or for first-time job seekers who need specialized training. The courses are all open enrollment and self-paced, and students are paired with a personal instructor. Online training courses take an average of 90 days to complete and provide training for entry-level positions.
Jobseekers can be trained in these occupations by taking online courses offered through California State University, Bakersfield Extended University Division via Gatlin Education Services. They offer certification programs in the fields mentioned above, as well as many other high interest areas.
“Between juggling a job, a home, a family and a social life, there isn’t always a lot of time left to attend an on-campus class,” said Stephen Gatlin, founder of Fort Worth-based Gatlin Education Services. “Online training offers the convenience of working from your personal computer and at your own pace.
