Stout Risius Ross, Inc. (SRR), today announced that Mr. Vincent J. Pappalardo, 43, has joined the firm as a Managing Director in the InvestmentBanking Group. Mr. Pappalardo will head the metals practice area at SRR and will also focus on the general industrial sectors. He is based in the firm’s headquarters in Chicago.
Throughout his 22 year career, Mr. Pappalardo has completed M&A assignments for both buyers and sellers of domestic and international companies. Additionally, he has advised clients in the private placement of debt and equity, completed enterprise valuations, prepared
solvency and fairness opinions, and performed financial restructuring transactions.

Mr. Pappalardo holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and business policy from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Illinois.
