Informed by research amongst City of London firms by recruitment specialists Morgan McKinley and Vicki Espin of The Corporate and Executive Coaching Organisation, the white paper discusses how to establish criteria for measuring coaching success, how to determine whether a coach will have a good fit with the organisations and its needs, and how to effectively manage the coaching relationship.
