Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 2010/01/29 - Blue Star Infotech Limited, the global software services and solutions provider, reported a net profit of Rs. 4.7 Crores on sales of Rs. 33.4 Crores for its Q3 operations, an increase of 67% from the same quarter last year.

Net profit has improved from Rs. 4.2 Crores in Q2 to Rs. 4.7 Crores for Q3.
The Company has added 27 new customers in this financial year. Commenting on the performance, Mr. A. T. Vijayakumar, President & COO, said, “While our profits have increased due to better operational management, we continue to experience a sluggish market. We are focusing on strengthening our sales pipe in all our geographies. But the incubation period seems to be longer than before and hence delaying closures.”
