Beam Telecom chooses Drishti’s Ameyo Contact Center Suite as the technology powering their customer care unit. The Hyderabad-based leading ISP initially required a call center solution to run basic customer care & support center. However, Ameyo CCS exceeded their expectations and through its comprehensive feature-set, Ameyo helped Beam telecom achieve a new level in customer care that translated to increased business for the ISP.

The service portfolio of Beam Telecom includes stand-alone and integrated Data, Voice, Entertainment and Security services with end users including home users, SME users and large corporate. The queries and technical issues from each segment vary as per their individual usage and service pack provided.
