Web hosting provider HostICan (hostican.com) has completed the transition to its new administrative and operations facility located just outside Richmond, Virginia.
According to its Tuesday announcement, HostICan has designed the new facility with automation in mind to improve customer service, which allows more control in all facets of managing their customer's hosting experience. They are proud to provide a new and improved US-based, in-house call center which is available around-the-clock.
HostICan will continue to operate its Washington, DC data center, but the new facility houses a private data center that promises to meet customers' collocation needs, both in power and connectivity. The company said it is well positioned to be the most connected facility in the Richmond metro area.
"Our new facility is all about maximizing the hosting experience for our customers and providing them with excellent support.," HostICan president and chief executive officer Denis Motova said in a statement. "Our goal is to provide products that are more efficient and user friendly and support that is un-paralleled."
HostICan (hostican.com) also recently announced that they are working on expanding and lowering the cost of its shared hosting and virtual private server offerings. Its shared hosting starts at $4.52 per month, and its VPS offerings at $44.95 per month. It also offers dedicated servers starting at $199.95 per month for an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 250 GB of hard drive space, and 3,000 GB of bandwidth.
HostICan marketing manager Meredith Livesay said that 2010 promises to be a great year.
