Computacenter, Europe's leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, has gained certification in IBM’s Dynamic Infrastructure Specialty Programme in the solution areas of Business Resilience, Energy Efficiency and Virtualisation & Consolidation. It is the first UK-based IBM Business Partner to achieve accreditation in more than one solution area.
A dynamic infrastructure is one that can help improve service, reduce cost and manage risk, while accelerating business growth. One that aligns business and IT assets to support the overall goals of the business while taking a smarter, new and more streamlined approach that integrates visibility, control and automation across all business and IT assets; is highly optimised to do more with less; addresses the information challenge; manages and mitigates risks; and utilises flexible delivery choices like clouds.
With Dynamic Infrastructure, Computacenter will be able to help customers optimise their IT infrastructure through virtualisation and energy efficiency initiatives to achieve more with less by improving resource utilisation and business flexibility.
