The survey collects responses from companies in key areas, identified by Cetrom as being benchmark performance categories in addressing the delivery of their Cloud Computing service platform. Cetrom was able to achieve an average score of 4.89/5.0 on the survey. Areas addressed in the survey include; overall value, customer support, technical support, network uptime, network performance, remote access capabilities, spam and virus prevention, and migration services.
