Corroline by Aflex Hose Ltd is manufactured with a PTFE hose liner, the most chemically inert product available on today’s market.
This PTFE liner provides exceptional chemical resistance and the reinforced construction makes it both crush and kink resistant without compromising on flexibility. The smoothbore design was developed to provide operators with a hose product capable of reducing loading and unloading times, improving flow rates and in turn, profitability.

Corroline is built around a patented PTFE hose liner design, which is smooth bore inside but convoluted outside with a stainless helical wire wound in to the external convolutions. The PTFE liner is further reinforced with an outer braid, the most popular of which has an outer cover of abrasion resistant, black antistatic EPDM rubber that is extruded onto a stainless steel braided liner.
All Aflex products are manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001 and certified to specific industry standards.
All Aflex’s rubber covered products satisfy BS571 section 103.13 1994 to Fire Resistant Standard. Corroline is factory assembled to your specifications, available from ½” to 2” with the option to colour code for immediate identification.
