“The CENTURY 21 New Construction program allows us to bring many of the services that the new home builder and new home buyer need all under one roof,” said Kouzmanoff.

For new home builders, the CENTURY 21 New Construction program will help Kouzmanoff provide skilled new home representation that includes market research, ideas and strategies for successful new home sales. The program will allow builders to select and customize the services they require as well as provide them access to referral business through programs such as the CENTURY 21 Global Referral Network (CGRN) that are typically not available to most small builders.

For new homebuyers, Keith Kouzmanoff will be able to package services, including, in some instances, help in identifying design requirements, helping to locate a building site, helping to identify a builder, comparing costs, plans and specifications, helping evaluate design and value, helping analyze affordability and financing, assisting in finalizing contracts and coordinating the move-in and closing process.

In addition, with the CENTURY 21 New Construction program, Kouzmanoff will also be able to help sell the existing home of a buyer ready to purchase a newly constructed home.

“Through the CENTURY 21® New Construction program, CENTURY 21 Pro-Team will be better prepared to service new home builders and new home buyers as well as capture a greater portion of the new home construction market,” said Wilson.

To achieve the CENTURY 21 New Construction Agent designation, Keith Kouzmanoff had to successfully complete the CENTURY 21 New Home Sales training program delivered via the CENTURY 21 Learning System® platform.
