The Vantage Vue still boasts the Davis Instrument's guarantee of reliability, accuracy, and ruggedness yet is a more affordable, easy to install station.
Similar to the Vantage Pro2 series, the Vantage Vue uses frequency-hopping spread spectrum radio technology that allows users to "wirelessly" send data up to 1,000 feet. The Vantage Vue provides up to date weather information from the outdoor integrated sensor suite to the indoor console every 2.5 seconds, so users will know the weather conditions before setting foot outside. The Weather Centure feature provides extensive information for all weather variables, such as the daily high and low temperatures, temperature changes by the hour, air pressure changes, and astronomical data such as the moon phase. With yet another innovative addition to the Vantage Vue weather station, an easy-to-read backlit LCD display with a glow-in-the-dark keypad makes reading weather data at night much easier.
