Students are getting better grades in less time.

Cram101.com believes a student should never highlight a book again! Cram101.com is the newest education program created by Academic Internet Publishers, Inc. (AIPI) by founder and CEO Scott Parfitt PhD. AIPI products consist of 2 distinct programs, Cram101.com and Cram101 Outlines and Textbooks. Students using Cram101 normally score much better and spend less time preparing than their textbook-only counterparts. Online Cram101.com provides students with practice tests that are best suited to their learning style. In the testing section online, students can choose to take a multiple-choice test, matching test, or self-teaching test. While taking the test online students can receive instant gratification by grading themselves and Cram101 displays correct and incorrect answers. Additionally, the product offers lecture notes integration.

Cram101 Outlines and Tests books provide students with all testable information from the textbook. The terms in each chapter are displayed in chronological order. From Human Biology the following definition is defined “Biology is the branch of science dealing with the study of life….” then each significant term is described in the order it is presented in the textbook. The Cram101 Outlines and Tests book allows students to follow along with the instructor and write notes with a lined blank page accompanying the terms. These Cram101 Outlines and Tests books can be ordered online or can be found at your local bookstores.

We found professor Parfitt busy in his R&D office with thousands of books around his laboratory it looked more like a library. It was explained to us that AIPI has created a computer that reads books. Yes that’s right the computer reads books. Professor Parfitt even had the computer take the college entrance exams and the computer passed with a 95% (not to bad for a computer).

Really what AIPI has created is a knowledge base for the computer to learn. Each time a new subject is started the computer must be taught the knowledge base the same way we humans learn. As the computer learns we were informed the computer makes decisions as to what is important and what is not with a particular knowledge base. If this all sound futuristic it is not Cram101.com has as of today 4,500 books on line and over 1,000 books being printed. By January 2007 they estimate there will be over 10,000 books on line and over 5,000 books in print.
