IronKey, the leader in remotely managed computer security devices for mobile workers, today announced the appointment of David Conte as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Conte brings more than 20 years of financial leadership, most recently as CFO of Opsware Inc. where he was instrumental in its sale to Hewlett Packard. Mr. Conte will lead all financial and administrative functions within IronKey including financial planning and control, treasury, accounting, facilities, risk management, human resources, stock administration and investor relations.

Prior to his appointment, Conte spent eight years with Opsware Inc. in positions of increasing responsibility and ultimately as CFO. Prior to Opsware Inc., he spent 11 years at Ernst & Young in their High Technology practice. Conte is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
