Infinity Stamps, Inc. (ISI), creator of the Diamond Series Jewelry Tags™ has released a Gold Plated variety to their line that already includes Sterling Silver, Copper and Brass tags.
These new Diamond Series Gold-Plated Jewelry Tags are similar to the the Silver, Copper and Brass Diamond Series Tags with one key difference: ISI Engineers take the Diamond Series Brass Jewelry Tags and plate them with 14k Gold. The process expands the original 22 Gauge (0.025” thick) tags up to 21 Gauge (0.028” thick), which is thicker than any other jewelry tag available. The yellow brass core is 70% Copper & 30% Zinc (CDA# 260) and resembles gold in luster and appearance, however ISI claims, “the gold is so thick that you’d never see the brass core anyway.”

After almost 10 months of the Diamond Series tags being available for retail, ISI Engineers maintain the claim that their Jewelry Tags are better than any other jewelry tags on the market. They cite the fact that they are thicker, which allows for a deeper impression, thus resulting in a more defined mark without the tag bending as it might with a thinner tag. In addition, the Infinity Stamps company engineering team insists they maintain the highest standards possible. The tags are “punched out by the same cutting dies”, as opposed to being formed in molds and other, less reliable methods. In comparison, the Diamond Series tags are “all uniform and symmetrical in shape.” With a highly-polished finish, ISI claims that these tags have a mirror finish.
Another important claim made by ISI is the fact that from start to finish, these tags are made entirely in the U.S.A. “While many companies are heading to China for cheap labor,” remarks the ISI President, “we are proud of the fact that we keep our work right here in the states.”
