CompView, a leading audio visual consulting, design and installation services firm announced a key hire to capture large scale business development opportunities. CompView has appointed a new Director of National Business Development, Walter Horsting.

As Director of National Business Development, Walter Horsting will deliver extensive project leadership experience with large scale projects and design team collaboration. His development work on large audio visual installation projects include; auditoriums, broadcast, casinos, corporate headquarters, courthouses, entertainment venues, governmental centers, higher education, healthcare, hotel, performance centers, stadiums, theme parks and global video collaboration systems. Horsting brings with him the knowledge of the importance of collaboration and project management in implementation of large scale audio visual projects. Horsting will be based in Sacramento, CA.

Prior to joining CompView, Horsting served as VP of Business Development at SPL Integrated Solutions leading national teams into large scale projects including the Middle East. Walter also served as National Business Development Director for Intellisys Group. Horsting founded WAH Systems an early innovator in hearing room automation, performance, pro audio and video systems. Walter is a member of the American Architectural Association, Association of Professional Estimators, Design Build Institute of America, International Facilities Managers Association and Society of Marketing Professional Services.
