Playrix Entertainment, a top-tier developer of such hits as Fishdom H2O: Hidden Odyssey™, Call of Atlantis™, 4 Elements™, Fishdom™ announced the exclusive release of Fishdom: Spooky Splash™, a long-awaited sequel to the best-selling puzzle franchise. A match-3 installment of the Fishdom series challenges players to complete addictive tile-swapping levels and create a spooky aquarium of their dreams. The game is now available exclusively via Web download from the official website, while the official universal launch is scheduled for October 8, 2009 with localizations and a Mac version in the pipeline.
The original Fishdom rolled out in July 2008 has been a best seller since its launch building an impressive fan base and receiving spectacular user ratings and favorable reviews. The game with conversion rates reaching 14% proved to be #1 hit and one of the top-selling match-3 titles across major casual games portals. It was called one of the greatest games of 2008 by Casual Games Association and was announced among the final nominees for the 2009 Great Game Awards. Fishdom H2O: Hidden Odyssey™, a hidden object spin-off of the game, released in April 2009, followed on the success of the flagship title and immediately captured the top spot on the major online gaming channels.

In Fishdom: Spooky Splash players need to build up their spooky aquarium and create the eerie atmosphere of an underwater haunted house with witches, vampires and ghosts in it. While completing match-3 levels, they earn cash to buy funny tropical fishies and Halloween-themed ornaments.
