Torrey Pines Bank, a leading, local commercial bank with offices throughout San Diego County and an affiliate of Western Alliance Bancorporation, today announced InterAct Checking, giving small and medium business owners access to high quality banking services while enabling them to save time and money. Customers that sign on for an InterAct Checking account will have access to internet-direct banking and be able to scan in and deposit checks via an e-Deposits scanner at their offices, as well as transfer money to and from that account to multiple other accounts. They will also gain access to online bill pay and a Torrey Pines Bank relationship banker to provide support and consultative services, all for a low maintenance fee of $30 per month.
The expanded service from Torrey Pines Bank now gives small and medium business customers a big value over many traditional business banking accounts that charge by number of transactions made and, at some banks, can result in monthly fees as high as three to five times that of InterAct Checking. The service is ideal for business customers, including sole proprietorships, non-profits, physicians groups, veterinary clinics and others, that are looking for greater convenience and flexibility with internet-direct banking and that make less than 20 deposits per month.
With access to an eDeposits scanner, InterAct Checking customers can quickly and easily make deposits to their InterAct Checking account from the convenience of their offices, without having to go to a branch or pay courier services. Same-day deposits can be made until 6 pm, and the savings obtained with this service quickly pays for the cost of the scanner in as little as three months. InterAct Checking customers get the same level of high quality service for which Torrey Pines Bank has become known, including access to a relationship banker.
