uTest, the world’s largest software testing marketplace, today announced it has been named an “Outstanding Website” by the Web Marketing Association, winning a 2009 WebAward. More than 2,000 sites from 45 countries were judged in 96 industry categories during this year's competition. Entries were judged on design, copy writing, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation, and use of technology.
Working closely with uTest, leading web design and interactive marketing firm, Boston Interactive helped redesign the uTest website with a focus on increasing visibility into uTest’s global testing community and promoting collaboration among QA professionals. The new website puts a human face on crowdsourced software testing offering community-centric apps, real-world customer success stories and software testing resources from industry-leading experts.
Now in its 13th year, the WebAwards is the premier annual website award competition that names the best websites, while setting the standard of excellence for site design and development. Judges included members of the media, advertising executives, site designers, creative directors, corporate marketing executives, content providers and webmasters.
